A MARRIED couple in the US have been arrested for allegedly filming amateur porn movies involving a variety of sex acts in public places.
Leslie Sessions, 30, and her husband Derek Calloway, 37, were charged last week with nine felonies including public display hardcore sexual conduct, sale or distribution of obscene film, and promoting obscene performance.
The couple, who have two young children together, live in Trumann, a city outside of Jonesboro, Arkansas, where it is claimed they recorded their X-rated activities.
One of the scenes was at a major DIY store, others at a park, and in a restaurant, reports The Smoking Gun.
The investigative news site says the sex acts include public display of hard-core sexual conduct and promoting an obscene performance.
According to police, Sessions and Calloway sell homemade porn tapes, which they market through Twitter.
The duo's “adult films” venture reportedly earns them £800 a month.
Local police in Jonesboro were apparently tipped on July 14 that the couple were filming themselves throughout the city.
So they reviewed a particular set of videos and determined that explicit acts were being performed in public places, which is illegal.
Investigators allege that Sessions operated “a pair of wireless vibrating panties” while seated at a table in a Cheddar’s restaurant and used a sex toy on herself in a Home Depot car park.
She also allegedly exposed herself in the Home Depot’s appliance section and engaged in a sex act inside a dressing room at a Kohl’s department store.
Calloway is charged with recording his wife’s performances and participating in one sex act at a Jonesboro nature preserve.

Sessions and Calloway, who are currently out on bail have pleaded not guilty.
Their lawyer Randel Miller told NEA Report that the charges of possession, distribution and promotion of "obscene" materials are "unconstitutional".
He said: "The [possession] statute would prohibit the videoing of two consenting adults in the privacy of own their bedroom.
"This is such an over-broad statute that it can't withstand constitutional muster.
"The third statute, dealing with videoing in a public place, is a different matter. First, I think there's going to be a real question of whether there is any witnesses that observe this an actual witness to this,' he said.
"Second they charge is grossly disproportionate to the condo. Clearly, this conduct would have constituted the misdemeanour offence of indecent exposure rather than the more serious felony offence."
He added that the incident had been "blown out of proportion".
They face a maximum of six years in prison and a £7,600 fine on each of the nine criminal charges.
