Another porn star who worked in the US adult entertainment industry has been found dead. Olivia Lua, 23, died in a rehab facility in West Hollywood on Friday morning.  The actress, who used the screen name Olivia Voltaire, is believed to have died from mixing prescription drugs and alcohol.  It is not known how she got the substances into the facility where she was being treated for addiction. Two Northrop Grumman have died while at the defense company's facility in West Valley City in Utah, according to reports. Police and firefighters arrived at the facility at 6478 W. 5400 South on Monday night. The employees were found unconscious and received medical attention by fire department crews before being taken to a hospital, where they were pronounced dead. Man sentenced three years prison fatally stabbing brother

A man who is racked with remorse and considered suicide after fatally stabbing his 'aggressive' big brother will go to prison for at least three years and three months.
